Challenges
When the founder of CTL Atlantis parted ways with his previous partners, he was faced with the daunting task of building a new real estate brand from scratch. He wanted something fresh, bold, and different, but had no clear direction on where to begin. The risk was high: in such a competitive market, the wrong identity could easily make the brand invisible.


Solutions
We set out to develop a minimalist yet powerful brand system that could convey both resilience and credibility.
- Brand Identity – The visual centerpiece became a logo symbolizing a boulder — a mark of stability — that also doubled as a pillar with the letter A embedded inside it.
- Color System – A sophisticated palette of Pistachio Green (freshness, growth) and Deep Grey (strength, trustworthiness).
- Brand Collateral – Complete stationery suite, branded campaigns, and event mockups to establish a consistent identity across all touchpoints.
- Social Media – Designed graphics that carried the same bold, minimal energy into digital spaces, ensuring visibility across platforms.
